To that end, we encourage users to provide us with feed-back on their experiences in using our products. Our developers receive and act on the information sent to us.

Users can access a feed-back form from the 'Help' menu in the main library window of any Personal Internet Library application. Simply activate it and send requests, suggestions, problems encountered to us.

Our commitment to you is that, as we have over the years, we will welcome your input and endeavor to incorporate your feed-back as quickly as possible in the evolution of the library application you are using.

 Once you have registered your copy of a Personal Internet Library application (such as the Complete Home Library ), minor revisions of that version can be accessed using the upgrade facility in the 'Help' menu of the library application. You will find that as we receive feed-back we will very quickly incorporate enhancements and deal with any problems you might encounter. The changes will appear in the next minor revision of the product.

(A minor revision is a revision which does not alter the major version number
(e.g. Versions 4.0.1; 4.1.0; 4.3.5 and so on are minor revisions). When the major version number changes you will be alerted at the upgrade site that the new version is available.)
